Kar. HC: Can’t Transfer Probe to CBI Merely because Accused is Sitting CM - 10.02.2025

Karnataka High Court while hearing a plea for transferring investigation from Lokayukta police to the CBI, has observed that the echo that the reference of investigation should be made to the CBI, as one of the accused is a sitting Chief Minister, is not acceptable.
