Bombay HC Issues Direction to Include Axis Bank Bids in Mahanagar Gas Issue - 29.06.2016

Bombay High Court has directed Registrar and lead managers of Mahanagar Gas's recently-concluded initial public offer along with stock exchanges to consider Axis Bank's bids for shares in the issue.
