SC Upholds Constitutionality of Law Delegation Power of Issuing Transport Permits to STA Secretary - 10.02.2025

Supreme Court has upheld the constitutionality of Karnataka Motor Vehicles Taxation and Certain Other Law (Amendment) Act, 2003 that grants power of issuing transport permits to the Secretary of the State Transport Authority.
