Bom. HC: No Public Interest in PIL Seeking Guidelines on Tenders for Solid Waste Management - 07.02.2025

Bombay High Court has dismissed a public interest litigation seeking uniform guidelines for awarding tender for solid waste management on the ground that there is no element of public interest involved in the instant PIL.
