Del. HC: Election Expenditure Not Property Maintained Doesn’t Constitute ‘Corrupt Practice’ - 07.02.2025

Delhi High Court while dismissing an election petition, has held that a candidate failing to maintain proper accounts of election expenditure or inaccurately disclosing the expenditure will not constitute ‘corrupt practice’ under Section 123 of Representation of People Act, 1951.
