Raj. HC: State has the Authority to Change Eligibility Criteria Unless Shown Arbitrary - 07.02.2025

Rajasthan High Court while dismissing a plea challenging appointment of Additional Advocate General (AAG), has observed that while appointing AAG, State has the authority to decide and change eligibility criteria unless arbitrariness is shown.
