SC Asks “Which Rule Permits the AoR to Authorise Another Advocate to Argue?” - 07.02.2025

SC while hearing a matter asked an Advocate-on-Record (AoR) that which rule permits the AoR to authorise another advocate to argue. The Court further referred to Supreme Court Rules in which it is stated that no AoR shall authorise whatsoever, except another AoR, to act for him in any case.
