Del. HC: Award becomes Invalid if Passed by Improperly Appointed Arbitrator - 06.02.2025

Delhi High Court has observed that there is a particular framework for appointment of an arbitrator which has to be followed properly and if an arbitrator has been appointed improperly the award passed by such arbitrator becomes non-est and invalid.
