Assam Fake Encounters: SC States Only Issue is Compliance of PUCL Guidelines - 06.02.2025

Supreme Court while hearing the issue of fake encounters in Assam has stated that there is not going to be any opinion on merits and the only limited issue is compliance of guidelines framed in People's Union for Civil Liberties Vs. State of Maharashtra (MANU/SC/0882/2014
