SC Dismisses Plea Seeking Prospective App. of Judgment allowing Interest for NH Land Acquisitions - 05.02.2025

Supreme Court has dismissed a plea seeking clarification on applicability of grant of solatium and interest for National Highways land acquisition. The Court stated that granting such clarification would nullify the very relief granted by the Court.
