SC: Can’t Dismiss Appeals of Accused & Victims under NIA Act on Ground of Delay beyond 90 Days - 05.02.2025

Supreme Court has directed that the appeals preferred by the accused or the victims in matters under the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 will not be dismissed on the ground that the delay cannot be condoned beyond 90 days.
