Delhi HC to Courts: Be Sensitive to Disabled Witnesses - 28.06.2016

Delhi HC, while awarding a five-year rigorous imprisonment term to accused for molesting a deaf-and-mute minor girl, has said that courts must be sensitive to the needs of a physically-challenged witness when they depose before it.
