Kar HC Refuses Relief to Provide 50% Reservation to SC/ST Community in Governing Body of Association - 03.02.2025

Karnataka High Court has refused to issue such directions to enable 50% reservation for few of the posts in the office bearers or governing council of the Advocates Association, Bengaluru, to members belonging to SC/ST and backward communities.
