Del. HC: Premature to Examine Objections When Movie’s Certification Pending with CBFC - 03.02.2025

Delhi High Court while disposing of petitions filed against release of “2020 Delhi” movie, stated that when the request for the requisite certification is still pending consideration by the CBFC, it is premature for this Court to examine the objections in respect of the movie.
