SC: Can’t Reduce Compensation Only because Business of Deceased Over Taken by Dependants - 03.02.2025

SC has observed that merely because the dependants stepped into the shoes of deceased, by such factum itself, dependants would not be capable of running the business of the deceased. Such factor, while considering a claim pertaining to loss of future income/earnings, would have to be dealt with.
