NCLAT: When Revival Not Viable Option, Decision to Liquidate Corporate Debtor can’t be Faulted - 31.01.2025

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that when revival of corporate debtor is not a viable option, then the decision taken by Committee of Creditors to liquidate the Corporate Debtor cannot be faulted.
