SC: Doctors Who Joined Duty after August 22 Shouldn’t be Treated as Absent for Period of Protest - 30.01.2025

Supreme Court while hearing suo motu case in rape and murder of doctor in RG Kar Hospital in Kolkata, has clarified that doctors who returned to duty after 22nd August, 2024 should not be treated as absent for the period of protest.
