Raj. HC: Live-In-Relationship Agreement is Liable to be Registered by Competent Authority - 30.01.2025

Rajasthan High Court has held that live-in-relationship agreement is liable to be registered by the Competent authority/ Tribunal, which is required to be established by the Government.
