Centre Informs Supreme Court about No Intention to bring Separate Law on Bail - 29.01.2025

Central Government has informed the Supreme Court that the provisions relating to Bail and Bonds in Chapter-XXXV of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanita (BNSS), 2023 are considered adequate and there is no proposal to bring a separate law on 'Bail'.
