Del. HC: Recommendations of Human Rights Commissions are Binding - 29.01.2025

Delhi High Court has held that recommendations of the State or National Human Rights Commissions are binding in nature and not merely recommendatory and if the Government is aggrieved by the recommendations it can seek judicial review of the same.
