Bombay HC Remarks that Lawyers Coming Unprepared to Court do Injustice to their Client - 29.01.2025

Bom. HC while taking exception of advocates not coming prepared with their matters, has stated that the lawyers by not coming well prepared and still arguing the case, not only do injustice to their own client but also to the other litigants or clients of other listed matters, that aren't taken up.
