P&H High Court Directs Video Recording of Proceedings in Mayor Election - 28.01.2025

P&H High Court while directing video recording of proceedings in the mayor election of Amritsar Municipal Corporation has observed that if practices of raids by police on some councillors are being adopted by the State machinery, the same is very unfortunate and is a mockery of a democratic set up.
