Gauhati HC Stays Operation of Two Amendments to the Nagaland Lokayukta Act - 24.01.2025

Gauhati High Court has stayed operation of two amendments to the Nagaland Lokayukta Act, 2017 providing for a Search Committee for selection of Lokayukta and expanded eligibility criteria for the appointment of a Lokayukta.
