Mad. HC: “Sexual Harassment” as Seen from PoSH Act Gives Significance to the Act than the Intention - 24.01.2025

Mad. HC has stated that definition of sexual harassment as seen from PoSH Act has given significance to the act than the intention. It is the fundamental discipline & understanding with which employees are expected to interact with each other where decency is the yardstick and nothing else.
