Ker. HC: Creating Geographical Restriction for an Escort Visit Can’t be Considered Violation of FRs - 24.01.2025

Ker HC has observed that object of an escort visit is to enable the prisoner to interact with his family. However this must be within the limits of State's capacity. By creating a geographical restriction for an escort visit, State cannot be said to have infringed any of the constitutional mandates.
