Bom. HC: Can Proceed with Trial if Accused Neither Appears Nor Seeks Exemption from Attendance - 24.01.2025

Bombay High Court has observed that Court can proceed with the offence under Section 138 of NI Act, 1881 in absence of the accused if the accused neither appears nor has sought exemption from personal attendance.
