Del. HC: Trademark’s Sporadic Use in India Not a Ground to Assume Goodwill/Reputation - 23.01.2025

Delhi High Court has observed that a trademark’s sporadic use in India cannot be a ground to assume that there has been a spillover of the trademark’s reputation and goodwill in India.
