Supreme Court: To Transfer Complaint, Lack of Territorial Jurisdiction is No Ground - 23.01.2025

Supreme Court has observed that ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction cannot be considered in transfer petition and the parties are entitled to raise the contention before the learned trial magistrate who is empowered to return the complaint for presentation to proper court, if satisfied.
