SC: Party Aggrieved by Order of MSEFC can File WP, Refers Question to Larger Bench for Consideration - 23.01.2025

SC has stated that a party that is aggrieved by an order passed by Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (MSEFC) under S. 18 of MSME Act can file writ petition before the High Court. However after noting a contrary view, the Court referred the question to a larger bench for consideration.
