Guj. HC Issues Notice on Plea Seeing Implementation of 4% Reservation in Promotions for PwDs - 22.01.2025

Gujarat High Court has issued notice to the Union Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment and the Department of the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (PwD) on a plea seeking implementation of 4% reservation in promotions for persons with disabilities employed by State.
