SC: Defence Colony Welfare Association to Remove Encroachment from Lodhi-era Shaikh Ali 'Gumti' - 22.01.2025

Supreme Court has directed the Defence Colony Welfare Association (DCWA), Delhi to handover peaceful possession of Lodhi-era Shaikh Ali 'Gumti' that they had illegally encroached upon.
