RG Kar Rape-Murder Case: Convict Sentenced to Life Imprisonment - 21.01.2025

A Sessions Court in Kolkata has sentenced the accused in RG Kar rape and murder case to life imprisonment. The Court further held that the case did not fall under the category of ‘rarest of rare cases’ warranting a death sentence.
