Cal. HC: Tribunal Can Exercise Power to Correct Computation Error Suo Moto u/s 33 of Arbitration Act - 20.01.2025

Calcutta High Court has held that if no application is filed within 30 days then power to correct computation error under section 33 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 can be exercised Suo Moto by Arbitral Tribunal.
