Del. HC: Amounts Received by ERC under Filing Fee, Tariff Fee Not Exigible to Tax - 17.01.2025

Delhi High Court while allowing petitions filed by Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, has held that the amounts received by Electricity Regulatory Commissions (ERC) as filing fee, tariff fee, license fee, annual registration fee are not exigible to tax.
