Ker. HC: Malayalam Phrase ‘Pulayadi Mone’ Doesn’t Attract SC&ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 - 17.01.2025

Kerala High Court has held that going by the dictionary meaning, the phrase ‘Pulayadi Mone’ means son of a prostitute and is not considered as a casteist slur in order to attract Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
