SC: We Will Not Tolerate Conduct of Union of India to Make Submissions Contrary to Statute - 16.01.2025

Supreme Court while disapproving argument made by Enforcement Directorate regarding applicability of Section 45 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 has observed that it will not tolerate the conduct on the part of Union of India to make submissions contrary to statute.
