Bombay HC Asks Maharashtra Government if Bombay Police Act Can be Amended - 16.01.2025

Bombay High Court has asked the Maharashtra Government if it can consider amendment of Bombay Police Act, 1951 and also the Mumbai Municipal Corporation (MMC) Act, 1888 in order to add more responsibilities for police officers in the city in curbing the menace of illegal hawkers.
