NCLAT: For Calculating Limitation Period, Period from 15.3.2020 to 28.2.2022 shall stand excluded - 14.01.2025

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that for the purpose of calculating the limitation period while filing an application under Section 9 of the IBC, period from 15.03.2020 to 28.02.2022 shall stand excluded as per Supreme Court judgment in “Re: Cognizance for Extension of Limitation”( MANU/SC/0108/2022
