Del. HC: Support to Terrorist Organisation through Money or Networking is Prohibited under UAPA - 14.01.2025

Delhi HC has stated that Section 39 of UAPA proscribes support to a terrorist organization which could include monetary support, assistance in arranging meetings, managing meetings to support or furthering the activity of the terrorist organization and such activities are clearly prohibited.
