Delhi HC: Under Arbitration Act, Date of Receipt of Corrected Award Would be Taken as Disposal Date - 13.01.2025

Delhi High Court has held that under Section 34(3) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 the date of receipt of corrected award would be taken as disposal date and this shall also be applicable on cases where an application under Section 33 of the Act has been filed.
