Del. HC: For Filing Additional WS After, Comm. Court Act Doesn't Prevent Appl. of Order 8 Rule 9 CPC - 13.01.2025

Delhi HC has stated that there is nothing in the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 to suggest that the provisions of Rule 9 of Order VIII CPC shall not be applicable to Commercial Suits post the expiry of period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days for filing of a written statement.
