SC: Prior Registration Not Required under MSMED Act to Invoke Payment Dispute Resolution Mechanism - 13.01.2025

Supreme Court has observed that it is not mandatory for the MSMEs to have prior registration under Section 8 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 in order to invoke the payment dispute resolution mechanism under Section 18 of the Act.
