SC: Students File PIL against BCI Directions Mandating Cri. Background Check, Simultaneous Degree - 13.01.2025

Supreme Court has issued notice in public interest litigations filed by law students against the circulars issued by Bar Council of India that mandated criminal background check, declaration of simultaneous degree or employment before enrolling candidates for legal education or practice.
