Delhi HC: Regulatory Functions of TRAI Don’t Extend to Seeking Information for Purpose of RTI Act - 09.01.2025

Delhi HC has observed that the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s (TRAI) regulatory functions do not extend to seeking information about individual complaints from Telecom Service Providers for the purpose of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act).
