Ker. HC: To Prefer a Protest Petition, Complainant is Entitled to Her Own Section 164 CrPC Statement - 09.01.2025

Kerala High Court has stated that in order to prefer a protest petition, a complainant can seek copy of her own statement recorded under Section 164 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
