Allahabad High Court: Rape Survivor Undergoes Two Crisis – the Rape and the Trial - 09.01.2025

All. HC has observed that a woman who is raped undergoes two crises- the rape & the subsequent trial. While the first wounds her dignity, curbs her individual the second not only forces her to relive through traumatic experience, but also does so in glare of publicity in a totally alien atmosphere.
