RBI prescribes format for SAC to be submitted by NBFCs

The Reserve Bank of India introduced a uniform format for the statutory auditor certificate. Non-Banking Financial Corporations will need to fill out the information in COSMOS, from where the SAC will be uploaded.

All NBFCs are required to submit annually a certificate from their statutory auditors to the effect that they are continuing to engage in NBFI business under Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act.
