SC: Vehicle Owner from Whom Drugs are Recovered Can be Arrayed as an Accused in NDPS Case - 08.01.2025

SC has stated that where the owner of the vehicle is the person from whom possession of contraband drugs/substances is recovered and where the contraband is recovered from the possession of the agent of such owner, in those cases owner of the vehicle can be arrayed as an accused in an NDPS case.
