Bom. HC: Delay in Submitting Export Documents Won’t Result in Credit Ceasing to be 'Export Credit' - 07.01.2025

Bom. HC while interpreting Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) 2015 Master Circular on Rupee/Foreign Currency Export Credit & Customer Service to Exporters, has stated that delay in submitting export documents once export has taken place will not result in Credit Ceasing to be an 'Export Credit'.
