SC: Unnecessary to Implead Civil Authority in Bail Applications by Foreigners under Foreigners Act - 07.01.2025

SC has held that it is unnecessary to implead civil authority or Registration Officer in bail applications by foreigners under Foreigners Act, 1946 as they have no locus to oppose such bail application unless bail is sought where allegation is of the offence punishable under Section 14 of the Act.
